Kamery had a lot of fun going to Homecoming this year with Alec Perkins. After celebrating the smashing victory of the nail biting Homecoming game Friday night, the group went out together on Saturday for their "Day Date". They went shooting, had a picnic, then went to the Willis Corn Maze in Snowflake. They left again at 7:00 that evening and went to the Petersen residence (Alec's relatives) where they had a delicious five course meal prepared by Alec's aunt Jamie. (Kamery says she was so full she could hardly move!) The group (Kamery, Alec, Kyle, Sara, Stanton Davis, Becca Brewer) then left to the dance which was held in the SLHS gymnasium. The theme was James Bond this year so everything was decorated in black and white. The kids had a lot of fun together but complained about the D.J. being awful. They didn't like some of the music he played and they said he played about 50 fast songs to 1 slow. Because of this they all decided to leave the dance a bit early and come home.
