A Sad Day

We are having a sad day today at our house. Our sweet little kitty Dixie died this morning. We don't know what happened to her. There was no obvious signs of any type of trauma. She was doing fine last night before bed. We called her our "sweetly retarded cat". She had adopted us when she was an older kitten. She seemed to be stuck in a kitten phase mentally as she would try and nurse the skin of everyone that she met. She was also a little cross eyed. We had wondered if maybe she had been ran over or something when she was younger. She was a very sweet little cat though. We enjoyed having her around our family very much. We will miss her a lot.
